God performed a number of incredible miracles while the team visited Lima, but there is one particular testimony that seemed to illustrate God’s mighty power! On the first day of our visit, the pastors took our team to a large, open market. Our intention was to go and pick up clothes that we purchased for the boys at a local orphanage, but as we were there, the Holy Spirit began speaking to us to pray over individuals right in the market! After praying over the first, a second came forward and another … pretty soon, a group of people had gathered to receive prayer! We prayed for healing of sickness, blessing over businesses and mended family relationships.

One mother and her teenage daughter came forward, and the mother explained that her daughter had been experiencing routine seizures and the doctors couldn’t diagnose the cause. She asked us to pray for her daughter in the market. We declared healing over that young lady, and as we did, we began to prophesy to her about God’s plan for her life – a future in the university, a future of creativity and a future of hope! Her demeanor began to change. We shared more about where we would be the rest of the week, but being over 30 minutes from the market, we didn’t expect to see them again. Later that week during the middle of the day, the young lady and her mother showed up at the church, and they gave their hearts to Jesus in the pastor’s office! They were immediately joined with the people at La Casa De Luz, and while we were there, we heard nothing about any more seizures – Praise God! Folks, we are still living in the book of Acts, and God desires to pour out His Spirit on all flesh. Yes, we should be expecting sons and daughters to prophesy and miracles of healing to take place as Jesus encounters people with His love! When we are obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit, we step into a flow that draws all men and women to Jesus Christ. What a beautiful illustration of love, healing, salvation and a prophetic release of encouragement and hope! It’s what we desire to release in Georgia, in Peru and in all the world!
